Shipping policy

Digital delivery only

SousKid sells digital products only: cookbooks in PDF format. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping costs, no customs fees and no waiting for a courier. We deliver worldwide.

How you receive your order

1. Complete payment at checkout.
2. Within a few minutes you receive an order confirmation email and an email with a download link for each book you bought. The links are also shown on the order status page right after payment.
3. Download the PDF and open it on any device: phone, tablet or computer, or print it.

Delivery time

Delivery is usually instant. In rare cases it can take up to 1 hour while the payment is confirmed.

If the email did not arrive

• Check your Spam, Promotions and Updates folders.
• Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
• Still nothing after 1 hour? Write to hello@souskid.com with your order number and we will send the files manually, usually within one business day.

Download links

Download links are personal. Please keep the files for your own household; see our Terms of Service. If a link expires or stops working, contact us and we will issue a new one.
