These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SousKid website at souskid.com (the "Store") and your purchase of digital products from us. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. Who we are

SousKid publishes family cookbooks for parents of kids aged 3 to 12. The Store is operated by Anatolii Bezpiatiuk from Kyiv, Ukraine. You can reach us at hello@souskid.com.

2. Our products

We sell digital products only: downloadable cookbooks in PDF format. No physical goods are shipped. Each product page describes what the book covers. Covers, photos and sample pages on the Store are illustrations of the content.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include everything you pay to us; there are no shipping fees.
• Bundle prices (for example, the main book together with one or two companion books) apply only to the order in which they are chosen.
• Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
• Your bank may charge currency conversion fees if your card is not in USD; these are outside our control.

4. Delivery

After successful payment you receive an email with a download link for each book you purchased, usually within minutes. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Licence to use the books

When you buy a book, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, read, print and use it in your own household. You may not:

• resell, share, publish or distribute the files or their content, in whole or in part;
• upload the files to public or shared storage or file-sharing services;
• remove copyright notices or present the content as your own.

The books, texts, designs and the Store content are protected by copyright.

6. Food safety and allergies

Recipes are general family cooking ideas, not medical or dietary advice. Check every ingredient against your child's allergies and needs, supervise children in the kitchen, and ask your doctor about any special diet.

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. The conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
